ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Thank You for your interest in Apollo International School. The admission process is designed to help you learn as much as possible about our school and at the same time help us to become better acquainted with your family to ensure AIS is the right school for your child/children. Application Procedure:
For seeking admission at Apollo International School parents should adopt and complete the following procedure:-
The application form and the prospectus is available at AIS Office / Online on school website. This is a mandatory condition, without which applicant will not be considered for short-listing for the PI-Wat (Personal Interview and writing Ability Test)process.
In case payment is made by Demand Draft, please mention your name and the address on the back of the Demand Draft and send it by speed post(EMS)/Registered AD..
Eligibility:
The Candidate should have passed the previous class from any government-recognized school within minimum 60% marks in one attempt ( No Compartment/ Supplementary ).
Selection Procedure
Selection is done in two phases:
- Candidates are short listed on the basis of the WAT( Written Ability Test )at AIS campus.
- The Short listed candidates will be invited for PI( Personal Interview )Final Merit List will be drawn on the basis of WAT Score and PI performance.
Shortlisting:
The criteria of short listing Candidates for PI-WAT are based on multiple factors like:
- Performance at WAT ( Written Ability Test ).
- Past academic performance
- Extra-curricular activities, other interests and accomplishments.
The right to selection, cancellation of admission, refund of fees, examination, certification, disciplinary matters will be exclusively with the management and the decision of management will be final.
